yes, i've posted on the PAIR thread. I'm not in right now, as I was fortunate enough to get out around 25 or so. It's looking a lot more attractive now, but I'd prefer MRVC as an undervalued communications company.

Sorry guys. I have to apologize for not staying on top of things a little better (of course, it would have helped
had they returned my call or let me know about the meeting... I really miss Laurie Schultz). There were 3
announcements at this meeting:
1. acquisition (80% ownership) of a shipbuilding facility for $3mil cash. current replacement value of this facility
is $150mil. Figures show it to provide a $5/share value to shareholders if priced at $100mil. They plan to use it
for an all-purpose facility and estimates are showing it could ramp up to where it will add about 40cents/share.
2. added 3 new unnamed alliances and are expecting to add more.
3. power bidding remains strong. China up 11%, the rest of asia off over 60%, N.America power bidding up
over 900%, S.America up 300%, Europe up 140%. I'd think they would be able to sign just a few <g>
contracts from these bids. I mean, they do control 80% of the market.

Hope this kinda helps explain the nice run. I'm trying to find out more, but this market has me a little busy.
regards,
greg
