Speaking of indexes - Russell changes?

I understand some changes of Cos. on Russell 2000 occurred on Fri. This, I would think, could be a positive for a new addition &/or negative for a deletion.

Who can give a site for obtaining the Cos. & the changes?

Or would this not likely affect stock values or has the market already factored this in?

Dear snoman:

There are ways to trade indexes.
I trade the S&P index futures on an intra-day basis.

It could be very profitable
