Guys...it's not a federal offense to not file when you're an OTC:BB stock. The SEC has better things to do than chase legitimate companies who are working their tails off, trying to win at the all American dream of building a company from rags to riches. Fortunately, the best defense is honesty...and NVXE has nothing to hide...nothing at all. NVXE is anything but a scam. And anyone who doubts that ought to get on a plane and go visit..... ...... whoever is looking for the filings has a screw loose, given the fact that there is nothing of significance to report in the first place... I think it has been pointed out over and over again that NVXE is formulating the company as we speak..... Sure, they could file but you wouldn't learn anything more from the filing than you have learned from reading this board. ..... it's just amazing to think someone is that far out of touch with the reality of the NVXE situation to think that the SEC 1) would act on "late filing".... 2) could do anything but inhibit the potential prosperity NVX can achieve if certain people would just give them a chance to get the first film in the can, and to fund the mergers that were recently announced..... There are an awful lot of people betting on the come here if you haven't noticed.... Kuglin (Star Satellite), Ducommun (Duke Films), Chris Condon(Stereovision)....maybe Sound City Studio...if the trend holds. It would have to be a pretty massive conspiracy for all these individuals (previously unassociated with one another) to plan such an elaborate SCAM????? for what..... $0.10/share stock?? NVXE is struggling to make a dream come true.....with little cash.... and some people want them to waste $30-40,000 on what? Proformas that will change the second the inks drys on the first draft? I think a recent post was correct..... someone take that guys money away...he may hurt himself trying to invest it himself. OK.... enough of this nonsense..... I need some rest. Have a good weekend NVXE investors.... we'll get there eventually (or die trying!) Bill
