I read the article twice and saw no mention of 4GB memory chips. Did you highlight the wrong URL?

Also, FYI, memory chips are almost always specified in terms of lots of bits, which are represented in the lower case (b), like 16 Mb or 64 Mb SDRAM chips. Bytes get the capital B, as in a 64 MB SDRAM memory. Clinical correction of the day.
