I wonder what type of tools/software company they will buy next. Ottawa/Hull also has high number of software company. As you know, it is called Silicon Valley North. In the Database world, there is the big ones such as Cognos, JetForms, Simware... I don't see a good fit there. There is also the tools makers, like Sylvain Faust that has database SQL code parsers, code processors, reverse engineering... I'm quite convinced they need to acquire more consulting companies, to have the workforce where they want to market their solutions... more like Cognicase.
