Carol, yes I believe it was more than a MOU but I was typing fast and misspoke myself. I don't have my TMM database of tidbits with me but will check the notes when I get back home next week. Tom had given us a lot more details, but not a copy, of the AMCI/TMM deal last year and there were various options on how final conversion could take place. While I think Tom is sometimes prone to over optimism and occasional exaggeration, I believe he has always been in the shareholder's corner fighting for us and will continue to do so until this new deal is worked out. Bruce
