Smartin,

I believe the concept is that these shares transferred would have to be verified and physically delivered to DLJ, who would be responsible for placing them in their depository account, safe deposit box, whatever.

Since folks only have the brokerages promise that their shares are actually physically present at the brokerage in certificate form, this would actually force that individual brokerage to produce the shares for DLJ (or whichever other firm that pays Riley the best commission... :0) j/k

It certainly would shake things up a little and help to clarify the picture a bit.

I still wonder why this stock is trading. I don't want to claim credit for making the mmkrs put some some trades through at 5/8, but it does signify that someone doesn't want to see these shares declared worthless and burned, turned into wallpaper.. etc.

Again, I'm no friend of mmkr manipulation, but neither do I approve of bombastic indifference to reality on the part of the "sock puppets".

Whaddya think??

Regards,

Ron
