fubsy, I am a stockholder in both companies. ITKG has blasted off
since the new CEO Mark Williams took the job in Jan. He works long
(I have hd E-mail responses from him on Sat. and Sun.) and smart (the
Bd. of Advisors he has brought on board since Jan. is 1st rate... They
are from ATT, IBM, Lucent, etc. IMHO these guys would not associate their reputations with a looser BB stock or CEO!) He has also had many successful tests run and delivered gov't contracts (usually hard
and time consuming to do) with 2 more soon to be announced! He even came up with a contract with NORTHROP GRUMMAN a leading defence contractor...ALL OF THIS AND MORE IN LESS THAN 6 months!

IASCA is duplicating this effort. Why not join and benefit from it!
Over the same time frame IASCA has accomplished little.

The companies share the product. ITKG is getting patents on its antenna improvements.(IASCA not ITKG is being sued for patent infringement.) Why not share these improvements and have both companies benefit?

As I understand, Emergent Technologies is owned by both companies
anyway...so the are cooperating.

America is in an era of merger mania BECAUSE MERGERS RESULT IN BETTER
AND MORE EFFICIENT USES OF RESORSES WHICH RESULTS IN A BOTTOM LINE BENEFIT FOR US THE STOCKHOLDER!

If IASCA would just transfer the rights to the antenna to ITKG for a
share of the profits....Mark Williams would take the ball and run out of the park!

Time is of the essence with a technology company. Either you move
fast before the next competitor shows up or you lose your lead!

There are many more points that I could make but these are some....
IMHO
