I think people are just expecting every single stock to run up a quick 30-100% every time. If it drops, then it's a failure- take the loss and "next ticker please". I think that's what happens on this thread especially. People are spoon fed their choices and when stocks don't perform as expected, they feel like they bought a lemon and want their money back. Two of my holds are currently down to scary levels, but as tough as it is, I am trying to channel $$ into them. I believe in the comapnies very much, and both are trading at bombed out bargain basement prices. I have indulged the urge to whine a little tho.... Good point tho, until you sell, it's not a real loss. MG
