Well, Billy whines, that's natural enough. But the fact is that the government is not forcing Microsoft to supplying anything but the OS.

The issue is that the OEM's wants to be able to offer a second choice such as Netscape as well as MS Internet Exploder. There have been several examples where Microsuck has told OEM's that if they offer Netscape along with MSIE the price for MSIE would go up, or even MS would cancel the contrat to deliver the OS.

Our Billy isn't giving up until he owns everything in the world.
