Don, good post. We know we are alive again but we don't know how lively we are yet<g>. Tom has not given us any hint of the forecasted revenues of the new business yet, although the market potential is obviously huge if the emissions system works and is cost effective. I agree that Shadow tends to know a lot and that they have probably discussed any number of options for reverses, etc. but Shadow may not have the latest plan on the table. As for unencumbered assets and patents, the patents sound likely but the information that Ed gave us on Lowry's technology center makes it sound like Tom MIGHT have misspoke about them owning the center vs having free rein to use the equipment, which is almost as good with the stuff going obsolete so fast these days. More details needed there from Tom. The next few weeks should be interesting as more information comes out. Bruce
