Good point, but I'd expect that the excess of class V waste will
produce an interesting supply and demand scenario. What happens to
class V waste at the moment ? If waste producers comply with dumping
laws, it's transported several hundred kilometres away at significant
cost. When Envirotech is up and running, and the Utah authorities
enforce their laws, there should be a strong demand for the waste
disposal well in Duchesne, as it will be an attractive alternative
to paying for hauling waste out of the state.

I'd expecting that Envirotech will slowly but surely get up to near
full capacity, and that strong demand will allow charging of fees
which will generate significant revenue for CSMA.

If you were a waste producer, would you want to be one of the 1st to
sign up with Envirotech at say... $15 per barrel, or pay $20-30 for
hauling by an interstate company, or pay fines in the 10s to 100s of
thousands for violating dumping laws ?

I'm getting a warm fuzzy feeling, just thinking about the potential
of this aspect of Coconino. Yes, it's been a long time coming, and
yes, we're wandering aimlessly through penny stock limbo at the
moment, but I'm way long and believe that our patience will be
amply rewarded in time.
