well, now, I don't think any of us begrudge them taking out some of the rewards for their very hard and effective work (would any of us not do the same?), so the question becomes, how many shares to buy to make the point that they are confident about the future?

A 200 share buy or 1,000 shares even might be seen as ridiculous, but they bought far more so I think the quantity purchased does qualify as an expression of confidence in the future as well as the fact that the stock is a good buy at these very low prices.

They probably all have stock options they can exercise in the future at very cheap prices so any buying on the open market has to be seen as positive, IMHO.
