...we cannot speak for Jim , however, our posts regarding Kent Koski were merely the citing of issues of facts pursuant to ThrustMaster's (NASDAQ:TMSR) fiscal 1997 SEC Def/14A Form of Proxy filing...nothing more...nothing less. The company, its officers, and Board of Directors simply failed to corroborate the apparent implications of said issues of facts despite repeated legal [shareholder due process] requests. Accordingly, esecurities never confirmed the legal status of Kent Koski until his status was disclosed by The Oregonian as cited by Jim on this thread, as a matter of record.
