"could" is right! and i'd say that there are possibly a few large hands wanting to get in bed with dgiv, because of their "contracts" in those all important developing countries and of course the gateway to russia is enticing as well... the other day, someone sent me a message asking, if we possibly had contracts in south america and possibly had contracts in the phillipines and my answer to them is possibly since these appear to be areas that digitcom has mentioned in their press releases and newsletter...i say possibly because, obviously i don't know.
