YEAH, CALL YOUR CERTS, THAT"S WHAT I"VE BEEN WAITING FOR

Then when you've got them I'll initiate and SEC investigation and trading will be halted for months and months. And who will be sweating that one out. Not me.

HA HA HA

To all;
Mr. Howard D. Epstein, M.D. has threatened me in a PM with an SEC investigation.

HA!

Let him try. Just what I need, an SEC investigation surrounding this stock that will send investors running for the hills.

So much so that I, based on the wisdom engendered by this, my first post here (of course, I've been a lurker since day 1), will take it upon myself to count all our shares so we know where we stand... Please send your certificates to me and I will count them. Actual certificates only.

Howard--

I know that as IR Person I should maintain a distance between myself and the shareholders, yet...well, it IS the weekend...I cannot but applaud the selfless action you suggest. We at FBN have naturally encouraged our mar... investors to demand certs. In busy moments this has meant leasing an extra high quality photocopy machine, but as you know: nothing is too good for the FBN Family.

One recommendation, though: when you count the certs, absolutely DO NOT post any information on this thread. WE DON'T WANT THE MM'S TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH IS IN STRONG HANDS. Please be sure to communicate by PM or email.

Thank you, Howard. And as promised, that options agreement is in the mail. Just sign it and send it back.
