Walt The over 40 guys are going to have a difficult time in this industry and may have to exploit their other talents no matter how good they were at their jobs. This type of situation underscores the importance of a company's leadership. Really good company leadership is hard to find. Great leaders do not grow on trees and they do not come out of MBA programs. It is a rare and very valuable resource. Mediocre companies get rid of this kind of leadership when they see it developing. Regards, Jim Kelley
