George:

Yup the 2nd goal by Zubie was just a 'tad' ugly! Luck helps. I absolutely agree about your best 'team' played game of the tournament.

Not sure about Bora - he can occassionally be a bit too defensive. BUT I do agree he is very good. Nigeria is full of talent (they won the Olympics) but for a few months they were in disarray. Bora's done a great job cementing some awesome individual talent into a beautifully molded team.

And it was nice to see a team that did not hack the other team's players' legs...

I tend to support your view of a place in the Final Four. But I would need to check out whom they would have to beat to get there. Sometimes there are brick walls in front of speeding well run Ferraris...

I'll say Mexico beats S.Korea wins 2-1, but S.Korea is quite good and this could be a nice end to end game...

Shane.

Mexico 3 x 1 S. Korea Final

Wheeeeeuuuuuu

Sweated here!

And the Ratoncitos roared and took advantage of the extra man, Much better second half, imagination came in and the Mexicans played a lot better, more aggressive, and with the power to realize.

Hern ndez had the ability to score, and create the opportunity, in fairness, the Koreans played valiantly, but understandably ran out of gas because the lack of the eleventh man.

Regardless a victory is a victory, I hope Mexico at least continues to play like the second half, and forget the little pass stuff.

Blanco was very creative and never quit that is what is needed.

All the substitutions were good, and they looked as being hungry to score, please keep it up.

And now on to Belgium -vs- Netherlands, should be a great game.
