Everyone on here has a motive for being here. Investors want the stock to go up so they can make money. Shills want the stock to go down so that they continue to be paid and their bosses make money. And some on here have a personal gratification from raising the blood pressure of others. So, with a bit of soul searching, perhaps we should all step back and decide who and what it is to which we should respond. I know, there is a faction that will say "Hey, weren't you the one that called the shills a total waste of skin?" Well, heck yes, and that is an honest belief not a vindictive bash. But then the question that should be asked is this: What is the purpose of this thread in the first place? Is it a place to vent frustrations (The shills present a very good target)? Is it a place for folks whose purpose is to say good things about the stock? Is it a place for folks that want to say bad things about the stock? Well, IMHO, it is a place where folks with a common interest (Stockholders) can discuss the reality of the situation. It is also MHO that folks who are not stockholders (But perhaps are either shills or psychotics)and have as their agenda to aggrivate others have no place here. Do I mean to limit your constitutional rights? Well, since several folks have expressed knowledge about legal issues, then you should have learned in the first week of Con Law that I can do exactly that and you cant do anything about it becides bitch. The Bill of rights limits what government can do to us, and says nothing at all about what we as individuals can do to each other. As example, take the fourth amendment. The police (government) cannot search your vehicle unreasonably. I, on the other hand can do it any time I wish. Now you might have a traspass claim against me, but you certainly do not have a constitutoinal claim. The same is true with speech. The powers that be cannot limit you within reason, but I certainly can, so get off of it. Bottom line is that if you are not a shareholder with an equity interest or a noninvestor who is seriously considering investing, then you have no place here and we as a concerted group of interested investors do not want to have to put up with your vindictive babble. Want to sue me? Don't threaten, just do it! Once you file your case, then it is my turn ...
