not a good sign that management treats investors this way. it will haunt them for a long time. expect to take a beating this week as stock opens at a about a dollar after the split is implemented and declines to 30 or 40 cents by end of week. then perhaps we will be able to start to go back up. of course if they announce some good news at the time they announce the reverse split it might not be that bad at all or even positive. I wonder if they had a quarum of voters or if the annual meeting was delayed? Was anyone there?
