It seems to me that this filing was done to take advantage of what is going to happen in the future with this company. If Spencer and his wife needed money, they'd have sold their shares by now. I still think with the 6 items I mentioned in an earlier post still in front of this company, that this one will take off. IF we can get the day trader mentality out of the investors.
