In March (I think) 1997 there was a 500,000 share placement. That stock was freed up in March 98.Look at the form 10 on the dates the placement was done on a 504, and one year later it is free trading stock. Almost every month from here to Jan. 99 there are blocks to be free trading. But, because it was on offshore placement, it really does not matter, that stock can be traded back into the market at any time. Illegal ???? Can't be traced because they are using many different accounts to do it ---- it's the way the game is played. Sure the stock is up, my point is that for it to go higher, there are going to be a wall of stock for sale. I sold out my position here a little while ago when it became apparent that the problems they have did not make mw feel good about the short term picture. Long term, maybe, but then again, you never know what can happen in the market. Al C.- I will be back out there to see you if possible June 27. Hows your schedule ?
