Hi all: I spoke with DS yesterday. He has always been very open and cordial. Yesterday was no exception. He stated that the promotion has officially started with the recent post on Stockhouse. There has been a policy of NOT promoting in the past. DS hopes to give us info on a more regular basis. The money raised by the recent PP is sufficient to pay for promotion for several months. He is expecting to supplement this money with more PP's at higher prices. There are discussions going on right now regarding the Uranerz(sp?) 10%. With the Cameco purchase of Uranerz, who is to get the 10%. Cameco feels they should get it all. KRT feels it should be split between the remaining partners. This is significant in that the operator will change hands, and the equality of the partnership could change. Who will be the operator? - I don't know. I asked him what he expects as a result of the current promotion in the way of share price(with only the current promotional funds). His answer, a speculative guess, was that it should go to about $1.50. He also commented that with regular news being released, he hoped that we would not see wild fluctuations in the share price, but that we should have a more stable price. He also commented on the prospect of DeBeers buying them out. This will almost certainly happen at some point. The question is when, and at what price. Any announcement of this would push the price to previously unseen prices. The nice thing is that WE get to vote on accepting/refusing their offer. I know this is a long ways away, but a no vote would push the price even higher. But I am getting ahead of myself. Regarding the recent press release about the late filing, DS told me that KRT DID file on time, but that the people they sent it to (i forget who) did not forward this in time. It is embarassing, yes, but not a big deal. All in all I was far more comfortable with my investment after having talked with him. Something WE as minor shareholders could do to spark a little interest in the stock is to put in offers at cheap prices. 10-20 cents(stink bids). If a bunch of us do it, others might think that they had better get into the stock before it takes off. It's likely you would never get the order filled, but what if somebody had to unload a bunch of stock? You could get lucky and pick up some cheap shares on a one day blip, as the price would rebound once all those shares got scooped. It appears KRT is waking up. Let's help this baby get out of bed to rise and shine! GO KRT!!! joe
