Steve - Re: "Netscape seems to be getting more bloated."

Oh, yes!

The new versions take about 90 minutes to download and the compressed file sizes range from 8.4 MEG to about 11 Megabytes.

Actually, the speed of Netscape Communicator has always seemed to be adequate - but it grinds to a halt every time a JAVA applet loads!

Steve,

Most of the time I just read messages, but I have to respond to your hype of MS products. I don't know about IE5 but I am using outlook '98 and it stinks as its predecessor. If you just type and send messages then it might seem to be fine, but if something goes wrong then plan on few hours of looking for the cause of problem.
In my opinion Outlook is as bad as ever. Help is adequate only for minor problems, ones you don't need help on, any more complicated problems you have to figure out on your own.
Besides, what happen to intuitive menus and windows. They are still fare and away from a real product.
I wish company never switch to this piece of garbage it would save me and others lots of aggravation.
