Edwin,

Where from in California do you hail?

I enjoyed your analysis, if true, this is of vital interest to the folks long on this stock.

Sometimes, it is best, not to try and be ahead of the curve. With so much doubt, leaving a little profit on the table would be prudent in this case!

Regards,
LG

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade but look at the information on Yahoo News under SYQT.
1.) P.C. World Class Award Winner,
2.) Compact OEM pact,
3.) SYQT expands retail distribution in U.K.
4.)Iomega tries to block SyQuest distribution in France, and loses.
5.) Problems persist for IOMEGA.
"SyQuest offers the best performing, most affordable, easy to use, high capacity removable hard drives and cartridges in the marketplace." ..... Press Release.... See Yahoo.
The people who have the most to lose are shareholders of IOMEGA and those short SYQT. IMHO SYQT is a BUY!!!!

*OT*This "Death Spiral Convertible" is a real and ferocious tool to illegally manipulate stocks. It is only a matter of time before someone gets really killed doing these things. I am not long SYQT yet but have been interested as of late. I watched a situation exactly like this with a BB stock CPFC. This stock has a good story, earnings, and increasing revenues. It did this convertible and got destroyed. They are in a law suit against the naked shorts right now and I am sure the shorts would rather settle then have their butts called out on the uncoverable short they have out. It is simply criminal to hammer on investors this way. This is a no lose situation for these shorters and a lose-lose situation for individual investors. Maybe these guys will finally get their "shorts" handed to them and all of these little companies will enjoy a squeeze. Of course, this is just IMHO.

Thanks

David
