Thank you for the insight into another way of handling these people. You make a very good point and it will certainly keep them happier(?). DGIV-A-HOLICS: Someone who is able to get to their computers on a regular basis should answer with a quick note stating DGIV is a "Global Company" If they want the information they are asking for it can be found in the first post for this thread. "If any further information is desired, the phone number to the DGIV main office is xxx-xxx-xxxx. These people in the main office are very knowledgeable and can provide more up to date information than we can provide you on the thread." We do appreciate your interest and we know after talking to the main office you will be as enthusiastic about DGIV as we are".... Just an idea, S
