thanks for the free advice...i wont be going until it is well settled...this trip could be in addition to a quick red-eye to so. cal...meeting the other company would be imperative...as for the "who owns the equipment question", reread post 9280...but, that is vague to this issue...and i dont consider that what "tom has suggested" as suggestions, i consider this deal exactly as it has been explained, an MOU awaiting the final SEC sign off...but, i will feel better when the stock price reacts with more enthusiam jp
