thanks everyone here, I have learned so much from this thread. I thought I was imagining things about the day trader gurus. I have been burned mmany times, but no more thanks to you guys. I absorb this thread like a sponge.

Hello Ken,I enjoy reading this thread very much. Perhaps you can make a suggestion, do you know of some simple software to track trading activity in respect to Schedule D filing. Something the helps simplify the paperwork when that ugly time of the year rolls around<g>? TIA.. DD
