David, Ken,

By "free float"....I mean shares of the float that are in play, or available for trade. Of the 3.4 million in the float, I'm certain that at least 1/2 of them are in serious long term friendly hands. I don't think these shares would be considered up for sale at any price under a few bucks.

There are also about 800 very small block holders who really can't sell their shares at anywhere around these prices because the commissions would kill them. Sitra will be happy to confirm that there are over 1,000 BANY shareholders. This may surprise many. Sometimes I feel like there are really only about 20.

I think those who would short BANY are aware of the 800 or so very small holders who together may hold 300 to 400k.......and would never call for certificates.

I guess the up-beat message here is that I know six or seven guys who own BANY and are rather hard core players with much intestinal fortitude.......to the tune of 800,000 shares........which is a good chunk of what is out there.

So when BANY is able to draw some strong buying.......The lack of sellers will show up in the stock price.

I think the supply of BANY stock will be very tight.......and very difficult to obtain should short covering become the happy thought for the week...so to speak.
