All corporations must issue an annual report to the state in which they are incorporated. Reason? The state wants information to be updated, but also wants that annual fee.

This report lists the changes of officers. Until that report is filed, the old officer's names stay.

I don't know when Nevada requires annual reports to be filed, but in Virginia, they are due April 1st. So....if someone in Virginia were to have a change of officer's in their corporation right now....the records would not reflect that until April 1, 1999.

I thought there was a rule that you couldn't POST over and over and over the same stuff in a particular time frame or you can be suspended from SI ??? Something like that anyways...

Is this True or not because these BASHERS are in obvious violation and they don't even own this stock. Has anyone reported them for this??

Glad I saw the nonsense going on in here since yesterday night, cause it made it easier for me to just SKIP through it all without reading one post, knowing that I would not miss anything of importance...
