Hi S, I hope people don't get their hopes up too high regarding DT and Orkit ADSL modems. On Saturday at about 2-3 in the afternoon DT had run a TV commercial touting their new services. (station SAT3 for you Germans). They had a 15 second blurb about their new ADSL services. They showed a black ADSL modem from the top and then from the back to show the different plug-in possibilities. It was an Alcatel 1000 modem. The same I saw at CeBIT last year. They also mentioned the tests in the Westfallen/Dortmund area and then bang, they moved onto something else. (As far as I know Alcatel does not do HDSL/VDSL) Eric
