John, Obviously I don't KNOW they aren't. My investment position would have been do I know they are? This is just a difference of opinions and the different "angle" we each come from. I wasn't in KRY either. The deal there was many KRY adherents were led down the primrose path to believe that KRY had legal ownership clear title. They did not and knew it. All the news letter hypesters were making a fortune as were the KRY officers while a friend of mine lost a fortune. His mistake. He is very depressed today. One similarity is both company's officials appear to be selling out as quick as possible. If I am inaccurate on this statement, I will publicly withdraw it when shown evidence to the contrary. Turns out, as opposed to what KRY had been publishing, there never was a TRIAL! All the Ven. Supreme Court decided was NOT to even HEAR the KRY case!(reference Financial Post) Property title had been decided long ago. As far as GE, you know what I think and I won't argue this any further. One thing we both can agree on is watch these letter writers. The older I get the more cynical I become. Often, they own private placement shares in companies, then when they dump, they turn on that one and tout the latest one they have bought. This is common IMO. Rare that one doesn't do this business. I have recently seen it with 2 quite popular writers that put out buys on Ultra Petroleum. They suddenly changed with no explanation. Came to find out they had sold their restricted PP shares into the market and they had no further interest in touting UP as they didn't own anymore. Fundamentally, that story is 100% better now than when they were touting it. I wish you well,John. Let's agree to disagree on MINE and watch these known vultures and avoid them. Best Wishes, TM
