Dan Fisher has Novagaz shareholders looking for him 5.) Dan Fisher has issued free trading A stock to himself and affiliates 6.) Dan Fisher begins selling said stocks 7.) Midland places stop transfer all stock/fund transfers 8.) Midland retains attorneys 9.) John Spriggs said he has the EPA registration of DF-144 10.) John Spriggs said he is excuting Exxon agreement 11.) Attorneys are sorting out the mess 12.) Dan Fisher did not do the split paper or apply for CUSIP 13.) SEC attorney applies for CUSIP for split 14.) John Spriggs is trying to get company cleaned up 15.) Rumored 50K succesfully made it into the float before stop transfers. 16.)
