Did Rob Gordon mention anything about issuing preferred shares as their means of raising money?

No, they are going to raise over $7 million in the private placement. That is going to be enough to sustain them. They won't need to do any further Preferred share offerings or anything else at this point.

They were talking of attempting something akin to the CC deal where they priced it based on a future share price.

Not that this is really that important, but I think you should know that the CC deal is based on a past share price of over $2, not a future. The future part you may be referring to in the CC deal is if TSIG stock isn't over $1.25 by the year end CC will end up getting more shares, otherwise they won't.

We all know that it is a fat chance in hell that TSIG will not be over $1.25 by year end, ha!!! Yea right.
