Jules - Re: "Why do you suppose the press is not covering the MSFT and INTC cases from the angel that was suggested by these books?"

Most reporters aren't billionaires or millionaires - so they naturally believe that Intel and Microsoft must be EVIL TO THE BONE to have succeeded as well as they have.

By helping bash Intel and Microsoft, these same reporters can benefit the People's Republic Of Losers and help redistribute the wealth of these two companies to the poor, homeless, and AMD's of the world.

Also, the lawyers love to keep this litigation going ad infinitum. When it is all said and done,it is the LAWYERS that benefit most - paid by corporations or by the taxpayers. It is in their interest to give the "slant" to the reporters so that the "public" can be convinced that long, legal battles with the EVIL EMPIRES is in the public's best interest.

Paul and Jules...I respect your opinions as a long term INTC shareholder...I hear such bearish sentiment on Intel these days...analysts are avoiding the stock til they get the OK from Kurlak...K's numbers for 98 and 99 are the lowest on the Street....Do you guys think that earnings will not surprise on the upside til 2000?
