Hello, I haven't been here since losing my a** (bought 2/25) on NETZ and selling at a 50% loss--my stupidity.... Can anyone refer me to a research post that might answer the following questions? Also, is there still any uncertainty as to the control that Pat Hayton currently has on the company? That was a major topic of conversation as I painfully exited last time.... 1 - What is the number of outstanding shares?, Float? 2 - What percentage of shares are held by insiders? 3 - Will there be an issuance of shares in the near future? 4 - Does the company see a reverse split in the future? 5 - any NEW high profile clients been added (and confirmed)? 6 - How will the company market its products/services? 7 - Any contracts (sales) completed or in negotiation .....(when is their closure date)? 8 - How does the company's products/servicescompare to DLCK? 9 - What is the company doing to increase shareholder value? 10 - How is the company's monthly/yearly cash flow? 11 - What is the company's monthly expenses to monthly cash inflows? 12 - What is the company's debt to equity ratio? 13 - What is Book Value compared to competitors? 14 - Does the company have any major corporate alliances? 15 - What method for raising funds will the company pursue?
