Market...

Doug:

I moved all my Mutual Fund into Money Markets... The McClellan Summation Index is very near a multi year bottom... Either the market turns in the next three days or we make new lows...

Doug,

Indeed. Perfect feline behavior, but look at the gain so far! Then compare that with the risks associated with the BMC-type failures of the last month. It's a dark day for the cathouse.
But not without daily excitement:
PRRC and CFMT just need volume to signal today.
KLIC gave a nigh-on unplayable signal with a double-bottom on Friday, followed by a gap-up only a day-trader could've exploited. It'll signal again, or my name's not Sam.
VSNT giving a very enticing multi-day signal today for the truly degenerate. Because it opened above 5, it's one of those rare opportunities to double-down margin on a sub-$5 stock. Or you could just buy a firearm from your local hock-shop and eat the business end and get it over with quicker.
ADPT is doing the APM thang. Sink, sink, sink with never a signal. (Though this one's an actual cat.) Could be sub-$10 before this whale surfaces with a blowout spout day. Hey, if APM did, this one WILL.
IMNT continues to entice the unregenerate cat-fancier in me. The problem is that its success makes the play seem more like psuedo-science than I (used to?) think it is.
In the face of all this ugliness, I've actually gone out and learned how to play options. Paper-trading the June 1100 puts (S&P). Up a $hitload so far. Now if they'll just let me use the gains at the Monopoly board, I'll be a Baltic to Broadway man.
Hope all's well. Again, VERY glad to hear you're scaling back--mainly because word of it will undoubtedly save mucho 56 ass in the short run.

Ivan

PS: I can't find an ACT/IL on GTAX. If there is one, it must be close to the former, no?
