Good point. I also think, fortunately for you, that all the positive verification needed will occur at a price range that will allow entry well below a $3 stock price.

Once the well is officially open for business and the financials/merger documents are blessed by the SEC, things should move, but they won't move at a DGIV/INFE/ICVI pace.

One of the negative aspects of the Internet info exchange medium is that the "memory" on BB stocks is readily viewable and repeated by posters. CSMA, like many, has gotten a rep as being a roller, though now it isn't even rolling.

Thus, I came up with TG's THREE and ONE THIRD Rule, posted first on the SETO thread. It goes something like this:

"Once a stock runs up, subsequently it takes THREE times as much news to produce ONE THIRD as much movement"
