Thanks for the article (but I don't buy that Safeguard did not set up the merger deal. It looked like a no-brainer from everything they have been saying in the conference calls.)

Using robert miller's #'s from post #1441, I've got NAV of $34.38, so STILL a $1.62 premium. Not that bad. I think SFE is a good buy, buy I also don't think you need to rush to get in right now...even if the next rights offering is soon to be announced.

I think the next r.o. is soon to be announced, and I think it will be Intellisource, sometime this week. If it is not, then I might speculate that Safeguard will announce that the Intellisource/RMS rights offering will count as 2 offerings, with more favorable terms to shareholders, and will occur in Q4. In this case, I would want to own more shares. So, if we don't hear anything by the end of June, I'm buying!
