Terminal Server
pubs.cmpnet.com

"Still uncertain is how much demand there will be for Terminal Server. An
exclusive InformationWeek Research survey of 150 IT decision makers with
responsibility for server software found that only 21% have a high degree of
interest in the system.

Although Microsoft has not yet disclosed how it will price Terminal Server,
sources say a license for NT Server 4.0 with 10 client licenses will run
$1,129, with additional licenses costing $39.95 each. Each user will also
need an NT Workstation license, which lists at $319. In April, Citrix
announced an upgrade for current WinFrame users to MetaFrame for a flat
$1,495. "
