GaBard, That make sense. If the split creates more 'P' than is authorized, then a new CUSIP. It's all too confusing to sort out for me. could it be possible that Arcon just acted a bit too hastily on the original announcement without totally thinking things through and is just trying to sort it all out? The Fisher shares cloud the issue even further. For now I have to believe the patent is the thing and that John is doing his best to navigate the waters of running a publicly held company with SEC oversight. Still holding and waiting to see another 50% MIDLP show up in my account, whatever the CUSIP may turn out to be. JP
