Uhmmm...you need to divide the OE shares by 8 because each ADR of OE represents 8 shares... So 320 Million divided by 8 = 40 million.

40 million X 4.25 = a market cap for OE of approximatly 170 million. It would appear to me that it is you and not Texas Dude who is a specialist at leaving out key points :)
