Bert ...You are right about the patents.... John says he has what he says. Now though I cannot get the numbers EPA registered something that is for sure. If I understand John correctly Dan has no claim to anything because he deal with Dan was for capital which Dan failed to raise. That was why John went to Fisher was to raise capital for the patents. Now unless the Testing, EPA, and the mega names in this industry have been snookered we have a product. Just going to have to wait I guess and see what the attorneys say. Midland is doing all it can for the shareholders. GB
