Good Morning Batman: I hope you slept well last night after writing your mocking and invective laced diatribe against me that only can be described as a James Michener version, as it relates to length and verbosity. Speaking of sleeping well, that is why I have delayed my response as I wanted you to sleep well, because in my reply now, I'm inclined to think that you and others might have some sleepless nights ahead. Let me in my layman's terms outline my understanding of what insider trading is and why it is a federal crime to participate in such activity. INSIDER TRADING: an individual that buys or sells stock based on knowledge that is not available to the general public and this information if known could have an adverse or positive impact on the stock of the companies involved in such disclosures of pertinent information. With my rudimentary explanation of insider trading let me now repost pertinent information from your post #727. Here you acknowledge the following: "If we could be betting men I could take you up on the wager you mention. I KNOW YOU TO BE WRONG(my emp). My frat brother from college is the one who told ME to BUY AENG. HIS FATHER is a Sr. Exec. at GM and told him about it. This is third party of course and all should keep that in mind but I was TOLD that people from GM have seen the engine. HE also said HIS DAD knew that the other two down the road had seen it. Yes indeed HE says that there are DISCUSSIONS going on about the engine. What they are and where they are was not said. He said HIS DAD said with Shelby involved we have to take notice. He said that GM along with the others HAVE OFFERED AENG any assistance THEY may need with NO STRINGS ATTACHED. That people from GM are TALKING to Shelby and have MET with him and his people." Batman, if what you have offered in this public forum is true, then in my estimation, YOU, your frat brother and his SENIOR EXECUTIVE father are involved in a classic example of insider trading activities. To not construe any commitment from GM to assist a company such as AENG with any assistance that they need and with no strings attached, and to assume such a commitment would not materially impact the stock of AENG is the essence of the insider trading statute. Batman, I realize you have had some difficulty, as others, in providing something as rudimentary as a patent number for AENG's engine. However, I would like for you to provide me where GM has made the above cited and pertinent facts of their dealings with AENG available to the general public. If such information is not readily available , why is it that I have a gut feeling that the CEO and boardmembers of GM, and that staid and venerable organization known as the SEC would like to know who is this man who wears a bat mask and exactly who is his blabber mouth frat brother and his insider complice father. Batman, you have used mocking and derisive verbage against me and questioned my intelligence. In response I would like to avoid such antics, but based on your public admissions, why don't we let the judicial process evaluate whether or not it was you or I that rode the "short" bus to school. Let me close on a positive note. I think, but I can't confirm that Leavenworth now provides color tv's in their recreation rooms.(:>)
