Father, I pray that you will give tippet the wisdom he desires so he can make the decision that You would have him make regarding this employment opportunity. I pray that you will fill him with your spirit so that his heart is full of only one desire - to do your will and that it is that and that alone that will guide him. Father, I also pray that tippet will seek to do your will not just in this employment matter, but that he will truly come to you and seek your will in all aspects of his life and that it will be his one desire to do what you would have him do.
