>It's fine for everyone to express ideas/opinions. Hyping and making people to buy high, sell low like Tokyo has recently done on some stocks is a little too far. I like the Tokyo half year ago. The current Tokyo is just a money hog. < I'm sure with TMex's popularity & website, he is being looked at by the SEC. IF he is touting a stock telling people to buy while he is selling......He is treading on VERY dangerous ground. I'm sure some of you are aware of SGA Goldstar, an internet tout service, who was telling their people to buy shares of SEXI while he was selling. The SEC slapped SGA owner Ted Melcher with 18 months in a white collar prison. They are looking for this type of abuse and justifiably so.... I would like to believe that TM is a little bit smarter than that, but money does strange things to people.... Robert
