>>>Would you mind reposting evidence to back up Mr. ASSensio's (sic) allegations<<<

Yes, I would. Just like when I told you before that Bill Wexler could speak for himself, I will tell you Mr. Asensio can speak for himself.

>>>Ms. Payne, I care about the truth, and nothing but the truth. If you can prove what Bill Wexler and Manuel ASSensio (sic) are alleging, I'll be the first one to sell and go short<<<

Well, the problem with that is that when it can be "proven" so that even an emotionally charged shareholder such as yourself can see it, the price will be adjusted accordingly. I suggest you refer to the price of Crystallex, whose shareholders had such proof delivered this week. There was little chance to sell or short in front of the "proof".

The other problem, and I would like you to get this through your head: I am not responsible for the statements of, or proving the statements of Bill Wexler, Manuel Asensio, or any other person. I will be responsible for the statements of Barbara J. Payne, no more, no less.

>>>BTW, why don't you ask Mr. ASSensio (sic) to include his short position in his next press release.<<<

Because I have no control over Mr. Asensio's press releases. Why don't you?
