Thanks for this admission: Q Phone looks like startac. I hope you are not related to the Q. Their are several types of patents such as, inter alia, Design and Utility. My guess is that MOT has a design patent. Now the question is whether the Q phone is an obvious modification, or a novel approach.

So, the judge decided not to give Mot a preliminary injunction. Mot has to prove that this phone is hurting their sales. I would be interested in the patent nos, if anyone knows what their are, on the StarTac design.
