Superdow: Perhaps, If the early investors in the stock pre the sepration

of MDIN and FIRE were given there issued stock at 2 to 1 or 3 to 1, it
would be possible to trace back the true value of the issue and set price
of the stock from the first day forward. I would also like to know what
restrictions were placed on any of that issue. How much was free trading
and how much was rst. issue. when it comes up for sale, if there are any
warrents, and how many shares come into that total sum that are or may not
be in the DT totals. Would you think the issue would be total issue of
record?

When FIRE did its thing there were two projects. Later the rest of the
projects were added to the pot. I think we were up in the range of value
of some 108 million.
One thing that is very much missed on the issue of the project is that
DAY did from what I read a great deal of provable testing on the plot, and
the grade is very right for mining, it would jump there numbers for the total
pit and project up a great deal and it would be profitable for mining or
sale to another firm in or out of the area. Is that the old buy low and
sell high or what? Providing that you have the rest of the ground in
your hip pocket at the time of the offer/take over.

You can put the pieces together and understand the history of FIRE and NPEC and MDIN from the news releases of the company (and the investor packets help too). If you cannot find the older releases, I have collected a lot of them together in a rarely used NPEC thread-

Good luck with your DD.
