Deal of the century? I hope so! Now does anyone know anything at all about this company we are merging with???? Any thing at all? first off does Papalia martini singer jackson or anyone else we know have anything to do with THIS one??? How did we happen upon these guys?? Do they have any saleable products or have they just been basically r&D on this emissions thing? Where did they get the dough they've been burning? RIch friends and relatives? Got a brother or sister who is a professor at the university of Colorado who sneaks them a key to the Lowry facility? office in the broom closet? do we get debt? I understand we don't have to pay for the facility at Lawry but what do we have to ;pay for; how much, and how much will we owe? Got a website we can ceck? ANY DETAILA AT ALL AVAILABLE TO US and any prospective TMM owners? hmmmmmmm??? me

JP, with no current office and limited revenues I would guess that this deal will necessarily move pretty fast to benefit both companies. Hopefully Tom will make one of his famous Sunday evening speeches on the state of the company and answer a few of our questions. As for the AMCI equipment, it is somewhere as Chili and company are still supporting Trudef products (at least). We will need more meat as Carol said to move up much next week. We seem to have high resistance at 3.5 - 4.0 cents and need to break through that to establish a new support level around 4 cents. I believe that the majority of the TMMI public float does get its information from SI and positive information has lead more long term holders to continue averaging down and flippers to position for small returns. Negative posting has probably not caused longer term holders to panic but flippers have been quickly bailing at market, causing the stock price to plunge on small volumes when it took large volumes to raise it. But such is life in the BB stock arena. I'm off this morning to your home away from home, Reno. Should I tell them JP sent me or will I get chased out of town by some girls waving TMMI stock certs you paid them with? Ooooh ja ja. Bruce
